Musicnotes Pro (Android app) Terms and Conditions

The Musicnotes Pro are monthly, or annual, subscription plans that provide Pro members with discounts on orders of digital sheet music, as well as other perks, determined by which Musicnotes Pro tier to which they are subscribed.

Musicnotes Pro - Google Play subscription

Gift cards, Digital Music Books, JoyTunes Simply Piano training sessions, other shippable items, and shipping costs are not eligible for the discount.

For Musicnotes Pro purchased through the Musicnotes Sheet Music Player app for Android:

Purchasing Musicnotes Pro - Premium or Musicnotes Pro (formerly Pro - Plus) from the Android app will create a subscription with Google.

Payment for the subscription is processed by Google (not Musicnotes), using a payment method associated with your Google Play account. The subscription is managed via the user's Google Play account (not Musicnotes).

In order to use the Musicnotes Pro subscription across 2 or more Android devices, the user will need to be signed in to all Android devices with the same Google Play account and Musicnotes account.

Receipts from Musicnotes for the initial enrollment purchase, as well as monthly, or yearly, billing transactions, will be sent to the email address associated with the customer’s Musicnotes account. Additionally, the user will receive a purchase receipt from Google.

Upon payment, the discount and enrollment will remain active for the enrollment term.  If a customer decides to unenroll from their Musicnotes Pro subscription at any point during the month, or year, their benefits will remain, however, they will not be charged on the renewal date. After unenrollment, benefits of the Musicnotes Pro subscription will end on the date when the subscription was scheduled to renew.

If a recurring payment method is unable to be processed, the customer will be unenrolled from their Musicnotes Pro subscription, and must re-enroll to continue the benefits. Upon re-enrollment, a new renewal date will be established, as well as updating to the new stored payment method.

If a Musicnotes Pro - Premium or Musicnotes Pro (formerly Pro - Plus) subscriber unenrolls or their subscription lapses, the customer will no longer have access to download the PDFs for individual products purchased during their active Pro (formerly Pro - Plus) or Pro - Premium subscription. However, the customer will be able to to purchase the PDF individually for any of the products they have previously purchased by navigating to the product page, and will have access to these products, independent from their Musicnotes Pro subscription status.

Plan Changes:

Musicnotes Pro subscribers that had purchased the subscription through the Musicnotes Player app for Android can make changes to their subscription from within their Google Play account. To change plans, the subscriber will first need to cancel their existing subscription, and then purchase the other subscription.

Pro Credits:

• Pro Credits are available with the Musicnotes Pro - Premium and Musicnotes Pro memberships.
• Pro Credits expire 1 year after being issued.
• Pro Credits can be added to your account in several different ways.

The quantity of Pro Credits added to your account will depend on the billing frequency (Annual or Monthly) for your Pro - Premium subscription.

• Monthly - 1 Credit added to your account each month of your subscription.
• Annual - 12 Credits added to your account at the beginning of your subscription.

Musicnotes Pro and Musicnotes Pro - Premium subscribers will be able to purchase Pro Credit Packs containing 3 Pro Credits. These can be purchased as single, non-recurring purchases, whether you want to use only a few Pro Credits, if you have redeemed all of the Pro Credits included with your Pro - Premium membership, or anywhere in between!

Please note: Pro Credit Packs are not available for purchase for Musicnotes Pro - Standard subscribers, Musicnotes Pro for Education members, or non-Musicnotes Pro subscribers.

Free Musicnotes Editions:

Musicnotes Pro - Premium subscribers will receive 10 free Musicnotes Edition titles per month, by redeeming the coupon codes sent with monthly emails. To ensure subscribers receive the free Musicnotes Edition coupons, please refer to these instructions.
