My Library
To manage which songs are downloaded to your device, choose any of the three sections My Library, My Musicnotes Songs, or My PDFs, from the left slide-out menu. You must be online to download songs, but once a song has been downloaded it will be available for viewing and playback even if you are offline.
On the My Library or My Musicnotes Songs screen, you will see all of your purchased sheet music. If a piece is already downloaded to your device, the row text color will be black. If it is not yet on your device, the row text color will be light gray.
Please note: If you do not see a song that you have just purchased, you must refresh the list using the "pull-down" method (scroll past the top of the list and swipe down while pressing on the screen).
Above your list of sheet music is a toggle bar that allows you to view your downloaded songs or the songs that have been archived.
Songs are automatically downloaded to your device when you start up the app or log in. If a song had an issue with downloading, you may simply tap on that title, and it will automatically attempt to download and open the piece for you.
Archiving Songs
If you wish to stop seeing a certain song in your song list, you have the option to archive it. This action will move it from the “Library” tab to the “Archive” tab.
In order to archive a song to your device, tap the three dot button on the row containing your title.
To archive a song, swipe the row containing the title you wish to archive, and tap the “Archive” button. You will see a message asking you to confirm your decision.
Your archived songs will be removed from the device. To retrieve them, you must navigate to the Archive tab and redownload them. To do this, swipe the row containing the title you wish to un-archive, and tap the “Un-archive” button. You will see a message asking you to confirm your decision. You may also simply tap on your title, and it will automatically download.

To sort your songs by Title, Artist, or Purchase Date, tap on the three dot menu button in the top-right corner of the screen and choose "Sort Songs" from the menu. A popup will appear listing the different categories to sort by, with your current category highlighted. To switch to a different category, simply tap on it, or tap off the screen to return to your song list. Once you select a category to sort by, the dialog will close and your song list will be rearranged by the category you selected.
Performing Bulk Actions
While viewing your song list (My Library) you will see a menu button which has three vertical white dots in the top right. Tap this button to view the bulk actions menu.
Select Songs
The second option in the bulk action menu is "Select Songs", which allows you to choose which songs on which to perform an action.
After choosing "Select Songs" from the bulk action menu, the top bar will contain new actions. The action "Add To" option will add selected items to a set list or folder of your choosing, the Archive button will archive selected items so that they are no longer on the device.
While the top bar displays the bulk actions, all of the song rows will also contain a check box. Tap on each title row that you would like to apply a bulk action to, and the actions will activate based on their relevance. In other words, the download button won't appear enabled until you select a title that is not yet downloaded, and the remove button wont enable until you check a song that's already on your device.
Download All Songs
