PDF not correctly displaying?

After downloading your purchased PDF add-on, if you find that the music is not displaying correctly - noteheads that are missing, only staff lines are displayed, etc. - this may be the result of your PDF reading software being out of date.

As many modern web browsers now have PDF reading features included, and are often the default application for opening PDFs, an out-of-date web browser may also cause this issue.

If you experience this issue, we would recommend updating either your PDF reading software or your web browser, then attempt downloading the PDF add-on again after updating.
