You may need to download and install your printer manufacturer’s plug-in on your Kindle Fire device from the Amazon Appstore, prior to attempting to print.
The Musicnotes app for Kindle Fire supports mobile printing of your purchased sheet music. If you have prints available you can print anywhere you see the “Print” icon.
Please note:
- If you are using a Kindle Fire with a smaller display, you may first need to tap the "+" button, and then you will be able to select the "Print" option.
- The Musicnotes app will print the music in the key displayed. If you wish to print your music in a different, available key, you will need to transpose it prior to printing. Please see Transpose Your Sheet Music for further information.
When you click the print icon, a dialog box will appear and display a prompt to print. Please Note: due to our agreements with publishers, a cover page will print with each copy of sheet music that you print.
After tapping the print button at the bottom of the popup, you will be prompted to select a printer.
Select a printer from the list, adjust any printer settings you wish, and then tap the Print Button.
After printing, you will be asked if the print attempt was successful. If your sheet music successfully prints, press "Yes, It Printed." If it did not print press "No, Try Again" and you will be taken back to the original print popup dialog to try again.
If you have exhausted the allowed number of attempts to print your music you will receive a prompt to contact Customer Support, which you can do by clicking on the green "Contact Support" button. Please note: only one successful print per purchase is allowed by our publishers.
If you do not have any purchased copies left to print you will get an indication that there are no prints available. You will need to buy more copies at the Musicnotes website in order to print your music.
