Normally, once you have added items to your shopping cart on the Musicnotes website and proceed to checkout, the page labeled "Please Review Your Order" will have a green "Continue" button located at the bottom of the "My Order Summary" section.
However, if the green "Continue" button is "grayed out":
Clicking the "Continue" button may not do anything, and you are unable to checkout. What is occurring in this case is that the checkout page is asking for you to type in your ZIP code (US customers). To do so, please:
- Enter your ZIP code in the text field "Enter Zip Code" under the message "Please enter your ZIP code to calculate tax:", under the "My Order Summary" section.
- Click the "Apply" link.
This section of the page should refresh, show that your ZIP code is entered correctly, and then the green "Continue" button should be filled in with a darker shade of green, as shown in the first screenshot. This will allow you to click the "Continue" button, and proceed through checkout.
