Please include as much information as you can in your request, as this will help to ensure that your issue is resolved in a more timely manner. Emails will be answered in the order they are received.

If Chat agents are available, you will see a green "Live Chat - Available" button at the bottom right-hand corner of the Support site. Simply click on the button to enter a few pieces of info and begin chatting live with a Customer Support Chat Specialist.

Need to call us?
Musicnotes is exercising caution surrounding the COVID-19 novel coronavirus concerns. Our employees will be working remotely without access to our telephone system, and we will not be accepting voice mail messages.
