What does "over 100 titles a year" mean?

Pro - Premium

The Musicnotes Pro - Premium - Annual membership (for information on the Musicnotes Pro - Premium - Monthly membership, please see the following Knowledge Base article: Musicnotes Pro - Premium - Terms and Conditions) will grant Pro - Premium subscribers over 100 titles a year:

• 12 Pro Credits
• 120 coupons for Musicnotes Edition products,
  • 10 coupons sent via email each month

Between the 12 Pro Credits and 120 Musicnotes Edition coupons, the member can net over 100 titles a year.

Pro for Education

The Musicnotes Pro for Education membership (for information on the Musicnotes Pro for Education membership, please see the following Knowledge Base article: Musicnotes Pro for Education - Terms and Conditions) will grant Pro for Education members over 100 titles a year:

• 120 coupons for Musicnotes Edition products,
  • 10 coupons sent via email each month

Pro Credits

Digital sheet music that is eligible for the redemption of Pro Credits will have a button on their product page stating "Use 1 Pro Credit" or "Use 2 Pro Credits".  

Customers will see these button on the product page for Pro Credit-eligible song if their shopping cart is empty, and will then be able to redeem Pro Credits for one selection at a time.

Please note:

• A range of products for which you can redeem 1 Pro Credit
• A range of products for which you can redeem 2 Pro Credits
• A range of products for which you cannot redeem Pro Credits currently.

Pro Credit Expiration

Unused Pro Credits will expire one (1) year after their issuance date.

• Pro - Premium - Annual members receive all twelve (12) Pro Credits upon purchase of their membership, and 12 new Pro Credits when their membership renews on their anniversary date, while their subscription is active.
• Pro - Premium - Monthly members receive one (1) Pro Credit upon purchase of their membership, and 1 new Pro Credit when their membership renews each month, while their subscription is active.

Musicnotes Edition Coupons

The coupons for free Musicnotes Edition products are generated monthly, and both Pro - Premium subscribers and Pro for Education members will receive ten (10) coupons per month, via email.

Musicnotes Edition Coupon Expiration

Unused coupons for Musicnotes Editions will expire 30 days after issued.

How many Pro Credits and Musicnotes Edition Coupons do I have on my account?

At any time, you can sign in to your account on Musicnotes.com to view how many Pro Credits and Musicnotes Edition coupons you have available to redeem. To do so:

1. Click on "My Account" and sign in to your Musicnotes account, if you are not already signed in,
2. Under the "Musicnotes Pro" icon in "My Account", to the right of "Manage Your Subscription", you will see how many available Pro Credits you have.
3. Once you have redeemed all of your Pro Credits and/or your Pro Credits have expired, this counter will disappear.

Additionally, you can view your available balance of Pro Credits and Musicnotes Editions from "My Account":

1. Click on "My Account" and sign in to your Musicnotes account, if you are not already signed in,
2. Under the "Available Credits", you will see how many available Pro Credits and Free Editions (Musicnotes Editions coupons) you have.
3. You will be able to expand these sections by clicking on "Free Editions" and "Pro Credits".
   1. "Pro Credits" will show the expiration date for each Pro Credit, if unused.
   2. "Free Editions" will show the expiration date for each Musicnotes Edition coupon, if unused. Additionally, it will display the coupon code, unique to each coupon.

      2. You will need to copy each code separately, add a Musicnotes Edition product to your shopping cart 
      3. Proceed to checkout, where you will be able to apply your coupon code. Please see: Where do I enter my Musicnotes coupon or Gift Card information during the purchase process?

Lastly, from the "Settings" section of the Musicnotes app for iOS, Android, Windows and Kindle Fire, you can view your current balance of Pro Credits and Musicnotes Edition coupons.

Need more Pro Credits?

If you have redeemed all of your included Pro Credits, but your membership is not going to be renewing for a while, you can purchase additional Pro Credits in the Pro Credit Packs!
