Our technical and app development teams have been alerted to the current issue where the Musicnotes Player for Windows 10 app, version 2.4.16, is currently crashing when the user taps the "Play" button.
Soon after this issue's bug fix has been submitted for review, you will soon be able to download the update from the Microsoft Store.
In the meantime, you may still view your purchased sheet music using the Windows 10 app; however, if you require playback, we would recommend that you access your purchased music by signing in to the Musicnotes Web App by:
- Going to our website, www.musicnotes.com,
- Hover over "Apps" located toward the upper-right corner,
- Click on "Web"
