Printing from the Musicnotes website
From My Account (assuming the customer is already signed in to their account, and using a computer and web browser):
Locating your music in My Account
There are several places where you will be able to start at with printing your purchased music.

- If you still have sheet music with available prints, a green banner will display at the top of "My Account" that reads "Reminder: You still have sheet music to print. View Prints".
- Close to the top of "My Account" will display a box labeled "Order History" along with a link for "View Past Orders" link.

- Just below the 3 navigation cubes - Order History, Musicnotes Pro, and Gift Cards - is the "Recent Purchases" section.

Different ways to access printing:
Helpful when... | |
Green banner | You forgot to print that one song you had bought a while ago! |
View Past Orders | You had purchased multiple versions of the same song, across different orders. |
Recent Purchases | When you had just purchased multiple songs in a single order. |
Print My Sheet Music | When you need to see your entire purchase history. |
Printing Statuses
After locating the song you wish to print, click the "Print" button, located along the right-side of the song's row:
Print icon: This will display on pages like "Order History", but not on "Print your sheet music". | |

Number icon: Products with available print(s) - if you have multiple purchased prints available, this status icon will show the quantity of prints available. This icon will display on the "Print your sheet music" and "My Sheet Music" pages. |

Unlimited icon: Musicnotes Editions are a special type of product we offer, which include unlimited prints. |
|
No Prints Available icon: If you have successfully printed all of your purchased print(s). |

Contact Support icon: If you exhaust all of the included print attempts, you will be shown the following status; simply contact our Customer Support team for further assistance. Digital sheet music purchases include multiple print attempts, in case you run out of ink, paper was not loaded into the correct printer tray, outdated printer drivers, etc. |

Printing Not Available icon: Some products - such as digital music books - may not include printing and will show this status. |
Print Center
After selecting the "Print" button, you will be directed to our "Print Center". From the Print Center, you will be able to transpose to any available key, page through the purchased sheet music (to check for the written range, ensure the arrangement is what you had anticipated, etc.), apply optional settings (operating system- and web browser-dependent), and lastly print your music.

Advanced Printing Options
If you are using an operating system and web browser combination that shows the "Advanced Printing Options" in the Print Center, you will have the following options when you expand the menu:
- Paper Size
- Show title on every page
- Move top titles down
- Vertical Margin
- Alignment
- Vertical Adjust
- Bottom Minimum
- Licensed to
