Gift cards, JoyTunes training sessions, other shippable items, and shipping costs are not eligible for the discount. Digital Discount Club members who also belong to the Musicnotes Rewards program also become eligible for double points on all purchases during the term of their enrollment.
Upon enrollment in the Digital Discount Club, the first month’s payment will be processed through the regular checkout process, and the 10% discount will be applied immediately to the customer’s account. Coupons and/or gift cards may not be used to purchase Digital Discount Club memberships. At this time, the customer will also establish a payment method to be billed each month on the renewal date thereafter. Receipts for the initial enrollment purchase, as well as monthly billing transactions, will be sent to the email address associated with the customer’s Musicnotes account.
Customers may change their payment method, or cancel their subscription at any time, by updating their information from the Digital Discount Club section of their “My Account” page, or by contacting Customer Support. Upon payment, the discount and enrollment will remain active for the enrollment term. If a customer decides to unenroll from the Digital Discount Club at any point during the month, their benefits will remain, however they will not be charged on the renewal date. Benefits will end beginning the date of the original renewal date.
If a recurring payment method is unable to be processed, the customer will be unenrolled from the Digital Discount Club, and must re-enroll to continue the benefits. A new renewal date will be established, and the payment method can be updated at the time of re-enrollment.
