If Internet Explorer is telling you Adobe Flash Player is not installed, please follow these steps:
- In Internet Explorer, click "Tools" (the gear icon in the upper right side)
- Hover your cursor over "Safety"
- Click on "ActiveX Filtering" to unselect it (there should be a check mark there)
- Click "Refresh (the circle with the arrow button on the right side of the address bar) to refresh the web page
Flash should now be recognized by your Internet Explorer browser.
