My email address has changed, do I need to make a new account to place orders?

It is not necessary to create a new Musicnotes account if your email address changes. You may update the email address on your existing account, by following the steps in this Answer - How do I change the email address, password, or billing information on my account?

If you have already created a duplicate account however, simply Contact Us and we can assist in combining your duplicate accounts for you.  Combining your accounts will also ensure any previous purchases you have made will appear on your "new" account as well.

When contacting us, please include the following information:

  • The email address on your previous account
  • The email address on your new account
  • Which email address you would like to be primary once the accounts are combined
