How do I change the email address, password or billing information on my account?

You can manage your Musicnotes account email address, password, billing information and other account details by visiting the "My Account" link at the top of any page of the Musicnotes web site.

Sign in if you're not already, then click on the account setting you would like to change. You can edit your personal information there.

Update your email address

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on "My Account" / Hover over "My Account", and click on "View My Account".
3. Scroll down to the "Account Information" section, where you will find:
   1. Email Address
   2. Password
   3. Account Preferences
4. If you need to update your Email Address, click the "Edit" link.
   1. This will change to a text field, where you will be able to enter the new email address for your account.
   2. To the right of the text field, you can click "Save" to save your changes or "Cancel" to discard any changes.

Update your password

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on "My Account" / Hover over "My Account", and click on "View My Account".
3. Scroll down to the "Account Information" section, where you will find:
   1. Email Address
   2. Password
   3. Account Preferences
4. If you need to update your password, click the "Change Password" button. On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter:
   1. Your current password,
   2. Your new password, and
   3. Your new password again.
   4. Below these text fields, you can click "Change My Password" to save your password changes or "Cancel & Go Back" to discard any changes.

Update your billing information

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on "My Account" / Hover over "My Account", and click on "View My Account".
3. Scroll down to the "Billing Information" section (on the right), and click on the "Edit Information" button.
4. On the next page, you can edit the following fields:
   1. Full Name
   2. Company (Optional)
   3. Address
   4. Address 2
   5. City
   6. State or Canadian Province or Other
   7. Zip or Postal Code
   8. Country
      1. If you are located outside the US, and experience search or checkout issue, PLEASE READ
   9. Phone Number (Optional)
5. Once updated, you can click the green "Save Billing Address" button to the right side.
6. At the bottom of the "Billing Information" section, you can also click "Delete a Payment Method" to manage your stored payment methods.
