If your print attempt fails for any printer related reason, be sure to choose "No" when asked if your music printed successfully.
You may choose which selections of pages are printed by clicking 'Setup' found above the sheet music preview while in the Print Center.
If you need help printing your music, simply follow the steps here.
If you need further print attempts, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Be sure to include the following information:
- Order ID number
- Product number and/or song title for which you need additional attempts
- The reason for the request for additional attempts (i.e. printer jam, ran out of paper, ran out of ink, etc.)
