Checking the shipping status

You can check the status of your Physical Print add-on order using the following steps:

1. Sign in to the Musicnotes website using your Musicnotes account with which you had placed the order,
2. From the "My Account" menu, select "Order History",
3. Locate the order(s) in question. 
4. To the right of the order date and order number, you will see the "Status" field, which will show the current status.

Order Statuses

Preparing to Print

A newly-created order will display Preparing to Print.

Printing

The order has begun the printing process.

Shipping

The order is being packed, but has not yet shipped.

Shipped

The order has shipped.

Not Applicable

This status will display for orders that do not contain a Physical Print add-on.

Canceled

This status will display for orders that have been canceled.
